The video showed a man pleading for his life. He asked Tony Blair to do something to help him.
Sorry.
No can do.
The British Government and the United States Government don’t negotiate with terrorists. Nice try.
So the guy gets his head cut off.
The men that cut his head off want Rihab Rashid Taha, a scientist who became known as "Dr. Germ" for helping Iraq make weapons out of anthrax, and Huda Salih Mahdi Ammash, a biotech researcher known as "Mrs. Anthrax" to be released from prison.
No one seriously believes that if these women are freed that they will hurry to some dark hole in the ground and begin making weapons for the hidden enemy.
The fact that they are alive and exist is a black eye for the American and British authorities.
Part of the reason we are liberating Iraq is to free women from oppression – and yet – there are two of them who were very powerful under Hussein. They made a lot of money. They had a lot of advantages. They were highly trained. Highly intelligent. Yet they are women. So – obviously the British and Americans didn’t go to Iraq to free all the women from oppression – only certain women – from cert ain oppression.
If these women are freed or even allowed to speak publicly the entire façade for the invasion of Iraq will be gone.
We have already seen the British reoccupy a colony they used to rule in Iraq. We have seen Dan Rather disgraced over National Guard documents and have come to realize that the Kurd gassing tapes were probably a record of an Iranian and not an Iraqi atrocity.
Worst of all we would hear voices of opposition to Allawi that would really make sense. Allawi was a member of Hussein’s Baath Party. As a young man he organized party meetings at his medical school. For his hard work he was sent, in 1971 to London for advanced medical studies. He became a neurologist.
Like many third world transplants – after finishing the expensive schooling he had been given by his government he decided to take advantage. He resigned from the party in 1975 while in London and decided to settle down there. He made lots and lots of money. He got his education for free and he didn’t have to go back to Iraq.
He was attacked by some guys with axes in London – some say at his home, others at a hotel – but there were no witnesses and it is upon this and the fact that his father has connections in Britain that the fat man in the brown suit has taken over the dictatorship of Iraq.
So – the women are in jail and Allawi promises that no matter how Americans, British, Filipino, Kenyan, Indian, Pakistani, Mexican, Irish, German, Italian or French nationals die – he will never negotiate – never!
