Mike Cox Attorney General Michigan

Mike Cox likes to be considered a man’s man and apparently a dog.
He has this to say : “ ‘Watchdog’ is a word often used to describe this job. And when the Attorney General was first mentioned in Michigan's Constitution in 1835, maybe it was appropriate. But as times have changed, so must we. To me, there is no greater mistake than simply waiting and watching when circumstances demand bold action and new ideas.”
More from Mike : “In Michigan, the law will not sit on the sidelines; inaction will not be our epitaph. I am committed to resolving the old problems of child support collection, as well as the new epidemic of identity theft.”
Mike’s problem to Michigan is that he is more intent on getting his face on billboards than making sure that our legal system is working properly.
He doggedly goes after ‘deadbeat’ dads.
He has identified thousands of ‘deadbeat’ dads and has picked up their scent.
Friends of the Court collects money from dads. Dads pay the system and the system pays the mommies.
Apparently recent notices have gone out to innocent dads paying on time that threaten them with jail time and noting that they are tens of thousands of dollars in arrears.
Mike is barking up the wrong tree.
Is the office of the State of Michigan’s Attorney General being used to position Cox for a run at the Governor’s office? Only a real dog would try to pull that one off.
