Timothy Geithner in India

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner was in India and he decided not to release a report that was supposed to detail the evidence related to the belief that Communist China is manipulating its currency. Timothy Geithner announced that he was not going to release that report because he was going to let the blood-soaked and corrupt Communist Chinese decide what they were going to do about their currency.
Defense Secretary Robert Gates called for changes in trading rules and laws with Columbia as a reward for…I am not sure what they did to be given preferential treatment, but in any case, he is looking for a handout for the cocaine capitol of the world.
This Administration seems to be at odds with itself. Why are the Secretary of the Treasury and the Secretary of Defense acting like the Secretary of State?
In the United States federal government, "Secretary of State" refers to the official responsible for foreign policy. Mrs. Clinton is a very good one.
The United States Secretary of Defense is the head of the U.S. Department of Defense, concerned with the armed services and military matters. Mr. Gates does not seem to be a good one.
The United States of America Secretary of the Treasury is the head of the Department of the Treasury, concerned with finance and monetary matters. Mr. Geithner seems to be the worst one we have ever had.
Does it seem that people in this Administration are acting without regard to the rule of law?
