Mount Soledad

I was shocked to find that a court ruled a Cross displayed at a Veterans’ Memorial at Mount Soledad, California near San Diego is unconstitutional and must be removed.
The Navy received the land for free so why not give it up since it cannot care for it?
Why allow the Cross to be removed from the site? It has been established. It is now a historical marker indicating the life and spirit of the United States at the time of the Korean War - which was a war against Godless Communism.
I hope whatever is necessary to guarantee the right to freedom of religion and speech will be done. We must not allow the government to strike down a symbol of religion and faith for which those men and women have DIED for so that others can live without concern.
Separation of Church and State also means that the state can not suppress religions.
The mighty United States Navy and Army combined have not been able to stop the invasion of illegal aliens and drugs onto our shores nor find one stinking murderer by the name of Osama Bin Laden but some nameless courts writes an order and our military will smash the Cross immediately.
This is an attempt to muzzle religious practices and control our lives the way the Communist Chinese do their people.
Why allow them to drag the Cross down into the dust the way they did the statues of Lenin and Stalin and Sadam Husein?
