The Washington State ‘Safe Newborn’ law has no statistics to go along with it.
If you want you can drop off your baby within three days of birth at any hospital and leave.
Kids in school that at one time could push their ignorant and aggressive boyfriends away with statements about using birth control and not wanting to end up with an abortion can now go ahead, expose themselves to sexually transmitted diseases, get pregnant, have the baby and hand it over to some public hospital.
What happens to that baby?
Is it adopted by religious groups or does it become the ‘ward of the state’?
It is a bizarre and sickening development that hospitals, which don’t even provide reasonably priced services for Americans, should now become foundling hospitals.
It is typical of our broken down government that they would pass a law like this without addressing the root causes of the problems.
In the end women that destroy their newborns will continue to do so because that is a situation that is far beyond the remedy provided by this ‘feel good’ law.
Children will go to bed hungry in Washington State and their parents will do without health care because doctors and hospitals are so greedy that they have priced themselves out of the market.
Insurance companies will continue to feed off the poor and the government will bow to them.
Add abandoning children without fear of retribution to the deep pool of sins that this society swims in.

Winkenwerder
Doctor Winkenwerder Junior is the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs.
He’s the one that essentially took responsibility for the death of Army Spc. Rachel Lacy who died after being injected with vaccinations by the United States Army.
By March, 2004, over 18,000 medical evacuations had taken place from Iraq.
Junior Winkenwerder hasn’t made any response about the charges dating from then that soldiers with serious medical conditions get poor and erratic health care upon return sometimes waiting for months for doctors, surgeries or treatments.
The suicide rates among military personnel appear to continue to climb as well. Junior Winkenwerder hasn’t said anything about that either though he promised to provide a world class health care system to the Department of Defense.
Maybe he was talking about a Third World Class sytem.
Junior Winkenwerder apparently provides no detailed information about non-combat deaths in Iraq but some of them are caused by Leishmaniasis which is carried by sand fleas. Two forms are cutaneous leishmaniasis, which causes skin sores, and visceral leishmaniasis, which affects some of the internal organs of the body like the spleen, liver or bone marrow.

African Fish
Recently African ministers and international donors developed US$1.1bn strategy to boost catches, build fish farms and develop the seafood sector in Africa.
A dangerous trend has seen the continent's per capita fish supply fall more than 12% in the past decade.
Nigeria's President Olusegun Obasanjo, the chairperson of the African Union, was quoted as saying, "If Africa's per capita consumption of fish is just to be kept at its present level, though grossly low and unacceptable, then fish production must be increased by over 250% by 2015."
Over the past 10 years Africa's per capita supply of fish has dropped from 8.8kg in 1990 to about 7.8kg in 2001.
Fish forms as least half of the animal protein in the diets of many Africans, a level second only to Asia.
The situation is aggravated by an increase in fish exports to Europe and the Middle East. These wealthy economies, after having devastated their own fishing industries (Europe) or never having had one (the Middle East) are pricing out fish from the communities that catch them.
As for the Asian connection Communist China just hosted Kenyan President Daniel Moi who came away, it is said, with a secret package of economic goodies the Communist Chinese showered on him.

Bush Sells Port of Miami to Dubai
President Bush has okayed the purchase of a large part of the business carried out in the Port of Miami by Dubai Ports World which is a company owned by the nation of the United Arab Emirates.
That is, while our men and women are fighting, dying and wasting their time in Iraq fighting to stop the spread of the backward slide of civilization in the Middle East President Bush is selling one of the busiest ports in the United States to the United Arab Emirates.
Is it not enough that they have a stranglehold on our economy?
Do they now need to take over ports of entry into the United States?
The United Arab Emirates is the world's ninth largest oil producer and the fifth largest exporter.
There are about 850,000 Emiratis and 2.6 million foreign expatriates and workers in their country.
After 9/11 they were forced to investigate their banking systems which had been financing terrorist groups like Al-Qaida.
Reportedly half of the $250,000 spent on the attacks was sent to al-Qaeda terrorists in the United States from Dubai banks. Additionally al-Qaida money in Dubai banks also has been linked to the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania.
How long can we as a nation survive while our elected officials make blunder after blunder?
We are being left open to personal attack.
How many more setbacks do we have to have before anyone will admit that George Bush is a mistake America can no longer overlook?

Deputies Murder Boy
Recently I saw a tape of some evil doings by the Bay County Sheriff’s Department.
What I saw and what you will see when you see the tape is a bunch of ill trained, short sighted men who work in the department run by Frank McKeithen.
I believe that Frank McKeithen needs to find another line of work.
I watched with horror a 6 minute tape of five Bay County Sheriff’s Department deputies forcibly hold down a young boy in a juvenile ‘boot-camp’ run by the State of Florida.

For most of the mob work that the deputies put on the 14 year old boy five deputies harassed and physically restrained him even as his body slumped to the ground and he was unable to respond.
At one point 8 deputies were crowded around him grabbing at his body and apparently pushing and shoving him from point to point.
In the tape some older woman, apparently in her fifties looked on as the deputies manhandled the boy, shoving him to the ground, seemingly applying choke holds, twisting his arms and jamming his legs into the earth.
At the end I counted 10 deputies crowded around the collapsed body of the 14 year old boy as paramedics strapped him into a pallet and slowly dragged him away, finally helped by some of the now concerned deputies that had taken part in the abuse.
This was a 14 year old American boy apparently murdered by several deputies in the Bay County Sheriff’s Department in Florida.
In this case Martin Lee Anderson, a 14 year old American was slaughtered by local law enforcement agents.
For how much longer will this brutality be tolerated?

Viagra
Michigan, like many other states, is wrestling with the problem of birth control.
Like it or not, less children are being born into American families and the increase in population throughout the United States is not caused by domestic harmony and prosperity but by immigration.
The population of the United States is growing because of the influx of people moving to live here.
The problem that has surfaced in Michigan, and other states, is about insurance.
Should insurance companies pay for birth control by including it in their care offerings?
Many people say they should not have to pay.
Some say that the insurance companies should not be forced to pay for birth control.
A friend of mine said to me today, however, something that made me pause to think.
She said many insurance companies offer benefits to pay for Viagra.
What does this do?
It puts an artificial sex drive into men who are then driven to rape and abuse.
In that case, why not provide health benefits that pay for birth control.
Everyone knows that drugs are priced artificially high and insurance companies, at least health insurance companies, act no better than legalized loan sharks.

The Ham is Near
A man by the name of Ham has crossed the Pacific Ocean and arrived in the United States from Australia.
Like many other international businessmen he is going global.
He has come to America to spread the gospel against the theory of evolution.
He teaches children to disbelieve teachers, librarians, museum personnel, scientists and adults in general.
He has given rousing speeches to children in Christian schools around the nation where he leads children through behaviors designed to attack evolution in the classroom and to disbelieve what they are being taught.
His company markets textbooks and DVD’s and has a budget totaling over 15 million dollars and 160 employees.
He was a schoolteacher in Australia but after 5 years he quit and became an evangelist making over $120,000 a year.
How does he do it?
Maybe encouraging ministers to go into show business rather than minister.
Take a look at two signs I saw today.
At one church the sign said, ‘God Speaks : 10:30AM and 12:30PM’.
How’s that for a preacher with a swelled head?
What about “Call On The Name of Jesus : 12 Noon”?
That violates the third commandment if you are calling on the name of Jesus to deny a scientific theory.
I believe men like Ham would teach people to disregard the 10 commandments if they could make a quick buck.
Where is he?
He’s getting ready to build a $25 million Creation Museum near the Cincinnati international airport.

That violates the third commandment if you are calling on the name of Jesus to deny a scientific theory.
I believe men like Ham would teach people to disregard the 10 commandments if they could make a quick buck.

To Kill an American
You probably missed it in the rush of news last week, but there was actually a report that someone in Pakistan had published in a newspaper an offer of a reward to anyone who killed an American, any American.
So an Australian dentist wrote an editorial the following day to let everyone know what an American is . So they would know when they found one. (Good one, mate!!!!)
"An American is English, or French, or Italian, Irish, German, Spanish, Polish, Russian or Greek. An American may also be Canadian, Mexican, African, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Australian, Iranian, Asian, or Arab, or Pakistani or Afghan. "
An American may also be a Comanche, Cherokee, Osage, Blackfoot, Navaho, Apache, Seminole or one of the many other tribes known as Native Americans.
An American is Christian, or he could be Jewish, or Buddhist, or Muslim. In fact, there are more Muslims in America than in Afghanistan. The only difference is that in America they are free to worship as each of them chooses.
An American is also free to believe in no religion. For that he will answer only to God, not to the government, or to armed thugs claiming to speak for the government and for God.
An American lives in the most prosperous land in the history of the world. The root of that prosperity can be found in the Declaration of Independence, which recognizes the God given right of each person to the pursuit of happiness.
An American is generous. Americans have helped out just about every other nation in the world in their time of need, never asking a thing in return.
When Afghanistan was over-run by the Soviet army 20 years ago, Americans came with arms and supplies to enable the people to win back their country!
As of the morning of September 11, Americans had given more than any other nation to the poor in Afghanistan. Americans welcome the best of everything..the best products, the best books, the best music, the best food, the best services. But they also welcome the least.
The national symbol of America, The Statue of Liberty, welcomes your tired and your poor, the wretched refuse of your teeming shores, the homeless, tempest tossed. These in fact are the people who built America.
Some of them were working in the Twin Towers the morning of September 11, 2001 earning a better life for their families. It's been told that the World Trade Center victims were from at least 30 different countries, cultures, and first languages, including those that aided and abetted the terrorists.
So you can try to kill an American if you must. Hitler did. So did General Tojo, and Stalin, and Mao Tse-Tung, and other blood-thirsty tyrants in the world. But, in doing so you would just be killing yourself. Because Americans are not a particular people from a particular place. They are the embodiment of the human spirit of freedom. Everyone who holds to that spirit, everywhere, is an American.

Zalmai Azmi
I have a friend who has been in the Information Technology industry for over 20 years.
She was shocked when she learned that a new FBI computer program designed to help agents share information to ward off terrorist attacks may have to be scrapped
The news is that the agency has concluded it needs to be scrapped but further investigation makes it clear that is a decision being made and forced on the users by the new Chief Intelligence Officer of the FBI Zalmai Azmi.
The actions of Zalmai Azmi are causing a further delay in a four-year, half-billion-dollar overhaul of the FBI and its antiquated computer system.
Again the news is that the bureau is so convinced that the software, known as Virtual Case File, will not work as planned that it has taken steps to begin soliciting proposals from outside contractors for new software, but the fact is that this decision and the confusion and idiocy springing from it are owned entirely and exclusively by Zalmai Azmi .
When will public officials in the United States government become aware that terrorism need not be an explosion to be effective?
Effective terrorism or an effective attack on our nation can be quietly carried out by a traitor in a sensitive position who is either incompetent, greedy or aggressive against the United States – as appears to be the case of Zalmai Azmi.
Many of the Senators overseeing this process are allowing themselves to be bamboozled by a smooth talking bureaucrat who is pushing to have hundreds of millions of dollars thrown away while initiating new contracts with a contract of his personal choice for further hundreds of millions of dollars.
Just because Zalmai Azmi claims loyalty to the United States and has possibly served in the United States Marine Corps does not mean that he has the best interests of this nation at heart.
I do not believe we have the best person for the job of Chief Intelligence Officer for the FBI. The fact that he served for the US Attorneys Offices only further leads me to conclude that something needs to be done about Zalmai Azmi and giving him more money and power are not wise.
